Air crash investigation

Well I just finished watching Air crash investigation at NatGeo. Shockingly for me manage to know that Indonesia having one of the highest air crash history and even shocking most of the crash came from their pilots flaw. But in this situation of Adam Air crash, mechanical failure from a machine that was not well repair by their engineers was one of the engineer of crashing this plane into sea. Another reason was their gelabah pilots that were so terrified never encounter this failure before busy finding answer in their manual book without noticing the plane was not in auto-pilot. This mechanical failure could not have contributed to the crash. With proper training the pilots supposedly manage to land the plane safely. Without noticing the plane was in auto-pilot, the plane rotated slowly until a time it accelerate downward spiral with full speed and gravity force(almost the same speed as sound which is 900km\h) into the sea of Sulawesi. Adam Air license were revoked by Indonesia government as another 2 almost similar incident happened while European union banned any airlines from Indonesia landed in their countries as they felt that Indonesia Aviation education was poor.
